About our reviews
We collect reviews through Judge.me. After an order we invite customers by email to review it; reviews from confirmed buyers are marked “Verified”. For a review written after an invitation we send a 20% voucher for the next order, whatever the rating. Many reviews were written by buyers on Amazon and imported from there; for those we cannot check the purchase ourselves.

Just another front for I international products. Don't make the mistake I did. A return and refund is almost impossible. I will update if I ever receive my refunded product and shipping. BTW return shipping cost is on you.
Product when received was made for a three year old. My 12 year old could hardly get his fingers in the finger loops.
Total sham! Avoid! Sub par Japanese scissors. They got me. Don't let them trip you! Don't fall for the free shipping tease
Hi Douglas,
We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced with our product. We assure you that we are not a front for international products and we take pride in offering high quality Japanese scissors. We understand your frustration with the sizing and we will take this feedback into consideration for future improvements.
We have processed your refund and it will take 24-48 hours for it to be credited back to your original payment method.
We value your feedback and we strive to provide the best customer service. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you again in the future.
