Shipping is carried out by DHL.

If you place your order on a weekend or holiday, please consider the following business day as the first day when considering shipping times.
The shipment will be done with DHL.
Your order will be updated as soon as we receive the tracking information from DHL.
A tracking number will then be emailed to you with a link to track the package on the shipping company's website.
At Charlemagne Premium we offer free returns.
All sales are final, but returns are accepted up to 30 days after receipt of product.
If you would like to make a return, please write us a short email to wecare@charlemagne-premium.com with your order number and the reason for the return and we will initiate everything else or send you a DHL return label.
Upon receipt of the return, we will issue a credit or refund. However, please make sure you have checked your order carefully before completing your purchase.
