Refund policy

If you are reading this, you may have already placed an order with us (or are about to). First of all, we want to thank you for supporting our company—we are committed to our customers and promise to deliver the best possible products and customer service.

We want you to be completely satisfied with every order you place with us. If for any reason you are unhappy with the product or change your mind and wish to return it, simply contact us at wecare@charlemagne-premium.com.

You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the day you receive the goods to withdraw from the contract. Please return the items to us at your own cost, and you will receive a full refund of the purchase price and the original shipping costs.

During the withdrawal period, any cancellation must be made in writing by either party. If you notify us that you wish to return a product, please send it back to us within 30 days. To process your return, we require proof of purchase (your order number), and we will confirm the return address.

The returned items must be complete, undamaged, and include all accessories and instructions. All returned items must be in the same condition as received, meaning they must not be damaged, soiled, washed, altered, or worn (except for trying on).

The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized goods or products made to your specifications.

If we provide replacement deliveries, your right of withdrawal applies as described above, except that we will cover the return shipping costs.

Please note: You are responsible for any product you return until it reaches our warehouse. Before shipping the item, you must obtain proof of shipment and appropriate insurance from your shipping provider. If the product is lost in transit, you will need to claim the item's value from your shipping provider, as we cannot issue a refund for an item that was not received.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email confirming that we have received your returned item. A refund will be issued to your original payment method (credit/debit card or PayPal) within 5 to 10 business days, or a replacement product will be sent.
