  1. Do you ship worldwide?
    We currently ship to the EU, UK, USA, and Switzerland. For a complete list of available destinations, please check the footer of our website or review the options at checkout.

  2. I placed an order but haven’t received a confirmation email - what should I do?
    Once your order is successfully placed, you should receive a confirmation email with your order number. If it doesn’t arrive within 1 hour, please reach out to us at wecare@charlemagne-premium.com to verify your order status.

  3. How long does delivery take?
    Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing.

    - Domestic delivery (EU, UK): an additional 3-4 business days
    - International delivery (USA, Switzerland): 4-8 business days

    Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

  4. Do you restock sold-out items?
    Yes. Most items are restocked regularly. If something is currently unavailable, we encourage you to check back soon.

  5. Can I get a refund or exchange?
    All sales are considered final; however, returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Charlemagne Premium offers free returns. To initiate a return, email wecare@charlemagne-premium.com.

    We’ll guide you through the process and provide a prepaid DHL return label. Once we’ve received and reviewed your returned item, we will issue a full refund or store credit. Please ensure your order is correct before finalizing your purchase.
