No, we deliver throughout the EU and Switzerland.

If you have placed a successful order you should receive a confirmation email with an order number. If you have not received an email after 1 hour, please contact us to ensure your order was successful.

Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing and another 3-4 business days for delivery. International orders take 4-8 business days to deliver. Orders placed over the weekend will not be processed until the next business day.

Most of the time we will have our items back in stock. Please check back regularly if an item you require is not available at the time of your visit to the website.

All sales are final, but returns are accepted up to 14 days after receipt of the product. At Charlemagne Premium we offer free returns. If you would like to make a return, please write us a short email to wecare@charlemagne-premium.com and We will initiate everything else or send you a DHL return label. Upon receipt of the return, we will issue a credit or refund. Please make sure you have checked your order carefully before completing your purchase.
