At Charlemagne Premium we offer free returns.

All sales are final, but returns are accepted up to 30 days after receipt of product.
If you would like to make a return, please write us a short email to wecare@charlemagne-premium.com with your order number and the reason for the return and we will initiate everything else or send you a return label.
Upon receipt of the return, we will issue a credit or refund. However, please make sure you have checked your order carefully before completing your purchase.
